In her role, Jodie conducts inspections, finds new tenants for vacant properties, and helps tenants through the rental application process. She writes condition reports and ensures maintenance tasks are undertaken as needed, and uses her exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure strong professional relationships are maintained between landlord and tenant.
Jodie, who joined Elders in 2019 after working in customer service for many years, says she really enjoys working at Elders Ararat.

Jodie and her family have lived in Ararat since 2006.
