Elders’ director and co-owner David Jennings has lived and worked in the Ararat region for more than 50 years. He particularly loves the community spirit, the people who live here, the wonderful facilities and services, and the location among the rolling plains of western Victoria on the doorstep of the Grampians National Park.

David’s vast real estate experience extends across all property types – vacant land, residential homes and units, rural, lifestyle, hobby farms, large farms, weekenders and commercial property. He has set several record street prices, and has sold executive and prestige properties for which he has achieved excellent prices.

David’s experience is evidenced by a number of awards, including the 2017 Agent of the Year award presented by ratemyagent.com.au. He also regularly features in the Elders’ monthly top 100 agents list.
